What EC2 instance type is minimally required to run an Appsmith AMI template? (t3.micro… t2.small or do you need more compute or memory?)
I suppose concurrent users is a factor, how should I take that into account?

A t3.medium is recommended as a minimum, after that it would depend on your application and the number of concurrent users.
How many users are you expecting?
