Update to get Vulnerability Issue fix

I installed appsmith one month ago
I would like to update to version 1.6.2 to get the vulnerability issue fix.
Watch tower should have upgraded to 1.6.2, but I still have version 1.5.3.
What should I do?

EDIT:

I performed (please note that it was essential to use sudo:

sudo docker-compose pull && sudo docker-compose up -d --force-recreate appsmith

and appsmith updated to desired version 1.6.2.
