Reset password, new member registers all email not receiving

Hello,

I have installed a self-hosted appsmith on ubuntu 20.04 Docket compose.

Installation is don’t well. Email SMTP configuration done successfully, also getting test mail.

But now i am facing problems that:

  1. not getting password reset links
  2. when register new member than welcome email not recieved.

Could you please send a screenshot of your Email configuration? Also, please send us the server logs. You can grab the logs by running docker logs -f appsmith.
Or you could follow the steps from this guide on how to get the logs for a deployment based on Docker Compose (most common) to get the logs.
