How do I recover apps from dead Appsmith instance?

I have a dead Appsmith instance. Not sure what happened. But the Linux host is still accessible. Appsmith will not start. I spun up a new/latest Appsmith.

But there are some apps/projects that I don’t have backups for. Is there any way to get them by accessing the filesystem?
