HELP Needed: I want to create an app with a custom URL

How do I do X?

I have already created an application page and mapped it to a data source, however I would like to expose the URL to the page in a cleaner format without using UUIDs.
Is this possible?

Unfortunately it is not possible today. However, Custom URLs is in our product roadmap

I literally haven’t written my first line of code with Appsmith and am here learning and understanding the platform, but can’t this be accomplished by embedding Appsmith into an Existing application?
