AWS AMI - Unable to Login / Start Appsmith

Attempting to start afresh with a new instance of Appsmith on AWS, I terminated the old instance (which was working fine) and created a new instance using the current AMI image (several times).

I seem to be receiving the below error message when attempting to login after a few minutes and then after an hour of waiting.
“We apologize, Something went wrong. We’re working to fix things.”

Has there been a recent change to the image?

Sorry that you are facing this issue. Is this still happening? We haven’t made any updates to the AMI in recent past so I’m not sure why you are facing this problem.

Can you share with us the following details:

  1. The instance type/size you are using
  2. A screenshot of the browser’s page & network console when you see the error message
